The Temple of OCCULTUS AETERNUS
The temple space has been opened during h.Art week - 5th - 13th Sept 2026, to allow visitors into one of the more private areas of the studio/gallery. Tucked away in a small room on the first floor, it is a space unlike any other.
After h.Art week, I may keep it permanently open, as well as adding further exhibiting space in another of the rooms on the first floor.
The Temple of Occultus Aeternus, a space for reflection, meditation, receiving insights and ideas. It's the space I go to draw upon the vast storehouse of knowledge contained within the astrosome of the human egregore, and soon it will open for others also. Those who are seeking clarity or wisdom may well find it here. It is not affiliated with any religion or belief system but draws from many sources of knowledge.
Mastermind Groups
Having read many books on the subject of secret societies, masterminds, religious texts, scientific texts and having been part of the new age scene and practising Reiki and crystal healing since my 20s, I've been gathering much knowledge over the past 20 odd years. In this past few years, and more recently in the last 12 months since my mother died, I have been putting together all this experience and will be launching small creative mastermind groups for people seeking something different to the mainstream.
What is a Mastermind group?
A mastermind group is a small group of people who meet regularly to support each other’s goals. It’s a mix of shared ideas, honest feedback, accountability, and encouragement. Basically a trusted circle that helps everyone think bigger, stay focused, and grow faster together.
A creative mastermind for artists works in a similar way, and when a mastermind group is used in the way Napoleon Hill, author of 'Think and Grow Rich', describes them, then the possibilities for artistic success become ever greater for each individual in the group.

Preparing for a Post AI World
Our lives increasingly depend on invisible systems. Electricity. Satellites. GPS. Banking networks. Cloud computing. AI, Digital identities. Supply chains stretching across continents. Most of us assume they'll always be there because they've always been there.
However, history reminds us that every civilisation believes it's permanent. Until it isn't.
One hack on the right institution could disrupt everything. A solar flare, or an EMP from a targeted attack could also easily do untold damage to millions of people, directly or indirectly through supply chains, travel, banking, the NHS.
One of the biggest concerns the order has is around privacy and the ownership of our data, along with concerns over just how our data is used and by whom, and what it might lead to in the future and how that affects us as individuals trying to participate in society.
We have no desire to participate in any sort of "Agenda 2030" society, or any future society based on digital ID, digital currencies with every transaction tracked, so-called CO2 credits, and all of the other dystopian scenarios that would probably emerge as a direct result of digital and AI driven architecture that underpins the basic functioning of society.
The Order of Occultus Aeternus also concerns itself with the dangers AI poses to humanity, and in an update to its core constitution, the use of technologies dependent on AI and digital inter-connectivity will no longer be permitted.
The creators of AI themselves have said that it poses a direct threat to humanity, and that is unacceptable on any and all levels. Therefore, the order and its members will no longer play an active part in aiding and abetting the destruction of humanity by using these technologies that have effectively been forced upon us.
It is the intention of the order to de-digitise all aspects of our lives, returning to a way of life that is human centred and not AI centred.
the order recognises that technological progress can bring substantial benefits to humanity. We nevertheless hold that technological capability does not, by itself, establish that a technology ought to be adopted or used.
The Order therefore follows a principle of deliberate technological restraint.
We believe that human beings should remain capable of living, working, communicating and worshipping without dependence upon complex digital systems. We value technologies which are understandable, repairable, durable, locally controllable and capable of being used without the creation of extensive digital records about the people who use them.
Our preference for older and simpler technologies is therefore not based upon hostility to science, learning or invention. It arises from our religious conviction that human dignity, privacy, community, personal responsibility and freedom from unnecessary technological dependence are goods worthy of protection.
